Liberty Hall Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Liberty Hall. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, both online and at our clinic in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Services

We offer a range of advanced clinical skin treatments and beauty services. All services are provided by qualified professionals to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and results.


3. Appointments

3.1 Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website, over the phone, or in person at our clinic.

A confirmation email or SMS reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.

3.2 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointment bookings.

Deposits are applied towards the cost of your treatment at the time of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 25% up to the full cost of the treatment if we are unable to fill the reserved slot.

No-shows will be charged the full service fee.


4. Payments

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash (for in-person services). Payments for online bookings must be made at the time of booking.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are only provided for cancellations made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us — we will investigate and aim to resolve the matter promptly.

Refunds – Products

We cannot offer refunds on any products or prescription medications sold due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons. If there is a fault with a product, we will return it to the manufacturer for review.


5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Medical Conditions

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe to proceed based on the client’s health information.

5.2 Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other clients. Liberty Hall reserves the right to refuse service to clients displaying inappropriate or abusive behaviour.


6. Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These additional terms apply specifically to Liberty Hall gift vouchers:

6.1 Redemption

Gift vouchers are redeemable against treatments and services available at Liberty Hall.

Vouchers cannot be used to purchase retail products unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotions, discounts, or special offers.

6.2 Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Expiry dates are fixed and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

After the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.

6.3 Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Any unused balance after redemption cannot be returned, refunded, or carried forward.

6.4 Appointments

Treatments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the voucher being fully or partially redeemed.

6.5 Transfer & Resale

Gift vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or resold under any circumstances.

6.6 Liberty Hall Experience

Liberty Hall operates as a clinical environment offering advanced skin and beauty treatments. To maintain this standard, we kindly request that pets and uninvited guests are not brought into the clinic during appointments.


7. Liability

We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from treatments where full disclosure of relevant medical history has not been provided. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


8. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms
